This five-day course gives students hands-on experience with the art of animation. Students will learn the fundamentals of creating motion in graphics. The purpose of this course is to prepare students to create their own animations, either as a hobby or as a possible future career.
Online students will need:
Broadband (Fast Speed) Internet.
Computer/Laptop that is Zoom capable.
GIMP – GNU Image Manipulation Program, a free program that runs on most operating systems.
Blender, a free 2D/3D animation package.
Helpful but not Required:
Computer Camera
Graphics Tablet
Students attending in person will be provided everything required. Lunch is provided, however, if the student has any dietary restrictions it would be best for them to bring their own.

This five-day course is the gives students hands-on experience with the art of animation in Blender. Students will learn the fundamentals of creating 2D/3D graphics. The purpose of this course is to prepare students to create their own animations, either as a hobby or as a possible future career. This camp is equivalent to the Beginner Animation Camp offered by DMI but tailored for an older audience.

The purpose of this course is to prepare students to create their own animations, either as a hobby or as a possible future career. This camp is the next step for those who have some experience creating animations or have attended a previous animation camp with DMI.

The purpose of this course is to prepare students to create their own interactive video games, either as a hobby or as a possible future career.

Unity 3D, a free game development engine used by industry professionals.

The purpose of this course is to prepare students to create their own graphics, either as a hobby or as a possible future career.

The Game Development program an innovative one-year program to become a Unity Game engine developer! The core of this full-time curriculum is learning to program in C# and the Unity Game Engine. Students will work on projects that simulate working in the industry by creating and demonstrating functional games and apps in mobile, desktop, and browser environments!
Digital Marketing & Design is a two-year, associate degree program that covers the fundamentals of modern digital marketing. Completion of this degree program will prepare students for entry into the digital marketing industry with a professional portfolio and an associate degree while using advanced technology and real-world techniques.
