All summer camps are 5-day camps, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 12:00 PM.
$79 total cost for each 5-day camp.
The camps are entirely computer-based and can be attended either in-person at our campus in Shreveport, LA or online. Attending a summer camp means being taught software and experimenting with the tools digital media professionals use. Additionally, campers are taught by industry professionals and DMI alumni!

REGISTRATION CLOSED
Campers attending the level 1 animation camp will learn the fundamentals of creating 2D and 3D animation using Blender. Using their own creative ideas, campers will implement their knowledge to make unique animations. Previous summer camp attendees have animated fairy tales, martial arts fighting sequences, and much more!
Online students will need:
Students attending in person will be provided everything required.

REGISTRATION CLOSED
Campers attending the level 2 animation camp will learn more nuance about creating 2D and 3D animation using Blender. Using their own creative ideas, campers will implement their knowledge to make unique animations. This camp is best for campers who have experience animating or have taken animation camps at DMI before. Previous summer camp attendees have animated fairy tales, martial arts fighting sequences, and much more!
Online students will need:

REGISTRATION CLOSED
Campers attending the game development camp will learn the fundamentals of creating video games. Using their own creative ideas, campers will implement their knowledge of game development to make unique games! This camp is great for students who want to learn more about how the mechanics of video games and are interested in making them!
